You may request placement only if all of the following are true:

• ✔ You are an adult man, age 21 or older

• ✔ You are willing to live in a drug- and alcohol-free home

• ✔ You are clinically stable (no need for 24/7 medical or psychiatric care)

• ✔ You are appropriate for shared transitional housing

• ✔ You have an identified funding source (self-pay, SSI/SSDI, third-party support, etc.)

• ✔ You are willing to follow house rules and program expectations

Important: Isabel Hope Harbor does not provide housing for women, minors, couples, or families.

If you do not meet these criteria, this program is not the right fit.

If you are seeking housing outside of our eligibility criteria, we’re happy to help refer you to appropriate community resources.

Placement is based on:

• Bed availability

• Completion of intake and screening

• Program fit
