👥 Who We Serve

Isabel Hope Harbor provides structured transitional sober housing for adult men (21+) who are:

  • ✔ Sober or committed to sobriety

  • ✔ Clinically stable (no need for 24/7 medical or psychiatric care)

  • ✔ Able to manage daily activities independently

  • ✔ Appropriate for shared, non-clinical housing

  • ✔ Seeking short-term stabilization during reentry, discharge, or community transition

This eligibility filter helps ensure timely, appropriate placements.

🚫 What We Are Not

Isabel Hope Harbor is not:

  • ❌ An emergency shelter

  • ❌ A detox or clinical treatment program

  • ❌ A psychiatric or medical care facility

  • ❌ Housing for women, couples, minors, or families

We focus on supportive living for individuals who meet the eligibility criteria above.

🧾 Program Fee (Provider Reference)

Standard program fee:
$900 per month (paid in advance)

  • Applies to eligible residents only (adult men, 21+)

  • Proof of funding required prior to placement

  • Funded, court-referred, or short-term placements may be structured differently

📝 How to Refer a Client (Quick Steps)

Step 1 — Confirm Eligibility

Before submitting, please ensure your client is:

  • ✔ Adult male (21+)

  • ✔ Clinically stable

  • ✔ Sober / ready for structure

  • ✔ Has an identified funding source

 

Step 2 — Gather Referral Information

Please include:

  • 🧍 Client’s full name

  • 🎂 Age and gender

  • 📅 Desired placement timeline

  • 💰 Identified funding source

  • 👤 Your name, role, and contact information

Step 3 — Submit the Referral

Step 4 — What Happens Next

💵 Funding Source

Proof of funding is required prior to placement. Common funding types include:

  • SSI / SSDI

  • Veteran benefits

  • Treatment program funds

  • Reentry program support

  • Self-pay

  • Family or nonprofit assistance

If funding details are still being coordinated, please note this in your referral.
