Isabel Hope Harbor provides structured sober transitional housing for adult men (21+) who are:

โœ” Clinically stable (no need for 24/7 medical or psychiatric care)
โœ” Able to manage daily activities independently
โœ” Appropriate for shared, non-clinical housing
โœ” Seeking stabilization after treatment, discharge, reentry, or transition from military service to civilian life

This eligibility filter helps ensure safe, appropriate, and sustainable placements.

Veteran-Supportive Placement

Some residents — including Veterans — benefit from structured environments that provide routine, accountability, and reintegration support.

Isabel Hope Harbor may coordinate, with consent, with:

  • Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs)

  • Veteran Peer Support Coordinators

  • Veterans Treatment Court teams

  • VA case managers and community partners

We are not a VA program, but we support continuity of care and stable housing transitions when appropriate.

โŒ A psychiatric or medical facility
โŒ Housing for women, couples, minors, or families

We serve individuals who meet eligibility for structured, non-clinical transitional living.

Proof of funding is required prior to placement. Common sources include:

  • SSI / SSDI

  • Veteran benefits / disability

  • Treatment program funding

  • Reentry or court-related support

  • Self-pay

  • Family or nonprofit assistance

If funding is pending, please note status in your referral.

Standard Program Fee: $800/month (paid in advance)

  • Applies to eligible adult men (21+)

  • Funding must be verified prior to placement

  • Funded, court-referred, or short-term placements may be structured differently

  • Final payment arrangements confirmed during referral review

(Fees shown for provider planning — not emergency housing.)
