Be Part of the Harbor of Hope
Isabel Hope Harbor was built on the belief that second chances are possible when people are surrounded by structure, support, and community. While we are not a nonprofit organization, there are meaningful ways individuals, organizations, and partners can help strengthen stability and independence for the men we serve — including those transitioning from military service to civilian life.
Whether through partnership, service, or shared resources, your involvement helps reinforce the pathway toward purpose, reintegration, and long-term stability.

Partner With Us
We welcome collaboration with organizations and professionals who support adults working toward stability, reintegration, and self-sufficiency.
Ideal partners include:
-
Treatment providers and outpatient programs
-
Case managers and social service agencies
-
Workforce development and employment programs
-
Faith-based and community organizations
-
Courts, probation, parole, and reentry service providers
-
Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) and Veteran Peer Networks
Partnerships help ensure residents have access to the resources, guidance, and opportunities needed to move forward successfully.
