To provide a safe, structured, and empowering transitional living environment where men — including those who have served — rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and hope. We believe in second chances and in honoring each person’s journey forward.
π Our Vision
A community where every person who walks through our doors leaves stronger, more confident, and prepared to build a stable, meaningful future.
We envision a growing network of Harbors of Hope — safe homes grounded in compassion, structure, healing, and renewal — supporting individuals, families, and Veterans across our communities.

πΏAbout Isabel Hope Harbor
A Legacy of Compassion. A Home of Hope.
Isabel Hope Harbor is a men’s sober transitional living community dedicated to helping adult men rebuild their lives with safety, structure, and support. Our focus is creating a stable foundation where residents move forward with confidence, accountability, and independence.
The name Isabel honors my grandmother, whose home on Isabel Street was a place of compassion, resilience, and belief in second chances. That same spirit lives on here — a safe, sober environment where structure, dignity, and community support each man’s journey forward.
Isabel Hope Harbor is not a treatment facility, but a supportive living environment that complements recovery, personal growth, and long-term stability.
Here, hope is built daily through structure, responsibility, and belief in the power of a supportive environment.
